How to start living a healthy life? To start a healthy life we should think more about our habit. Most challenges lies within our habit. We don’t necessarily change it into a new habit instead we could modify it. We could start reducing what people consider as a lousy habit such as the amount of coffee we drink each day or amount of cigarettes we smoke each day.
